New customers must pay their first order online using a Debit or Credit card via Stripe or registered Paypal account.
Please note, we cannot dispatch your first order until the payment has been received.
For your security, if you don’t order for 18 months we put your account on hold. That means next time, you’re treated as a new customer. So you’ll have to pay for your order up-front.

Faulty / Damaged products
Every care is taken to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition. They will arrange a collection and credit, exchange or refund – naturally, at no extra cost to you.
