The Cutbend Machine 0.8mm is a highly efficient, Swiss-made device designed for preforming axial lead taped components.

With over 35,000 units in operation globally, the Cutbend is recognised for its high performance and easy operation, making it a reliable choice for cutting and bending leads in high-volume environments.

Capable of processing up to 40,000 components per hour, it is designed to be exceptionally cost-effective and quick to amortise.

The machine features adjustable settings for various components and sizes, with easily replaceable cutting and bending wheels suitable for leads as thin as 0.5mm or as thick as 1.2mm. Its well-engineered mechanism ensures that delicate components are handled without stress or damage, by staggering the processing of each lead end.

Additionally, the Cutbend is compact, easily mountable on any worktable with a screw clamp, and customisable with numerous accessories for full component processing.
