La principale caractéristique du DPF-300 est le GUIDE INTERCHANGEABLE conçu par Piergiacomi.

Le guide aide l'opérateur à positionner puis à tirer le circuit jusqu'à ce que la coupe soit terminée. Grâce à sa forme particulière, le GUIDE INTERCHANGEABLE évite tout dommage au circuit assemblé même si l'opérateur l'insère de manière incorrecte et ne place pas parfaitement le guide à l'intérieur de l'œillet. En effet, sa forme particulière contribue à protéger le circuit contre d'éventuels incidents, conformément aux dernières normes de sécurité.

Guide interchangeable en acier trempé et revenu. Épaisseur standard : 1,0 - 3,0 mm
Fraises pour métaux durs à géométrie spécifique pour FR4, CE, M. Diamètres standards : 1,0 - 3,0 mm
Fraises pour aluminium également disponibles. Diamètres standards : 1,0 - 3,0 mm
Les plaques de guidage et les fraises sont appariées et ne sont pas interchangeables
