ESD Cushion Matting is an excellent solution for creating a comfortable and safe work environment on workstation surfaces, especially in ESD-sensitive areas.

 

Designed to provide cushioning for both the operator and delicate electronic components, this static-dissipative matting helps prevent mechanical damage to sensitive items such as PCBs and other electronic parts.

Manufactured specifically for use on workbenches in EPA (Electrostatic Protected Areas), this matting reduces operator fatigue while offering protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD). The matting material is 6mm thick and available in light grey, offering both durability and comfort.

For optimal performance, ESD Cushion Matting should be used in conjunction with a grounded work surface.

 

To maintain the integrity of the matting, it is recommended to clean the surface with Staticide Mat and Table Top Cleaner 

 

This ESD Cushion Matting provides an effective and comfortable solution for operators in electrostatic-sensitive environments, while also helping to preserve the integrity of sensitive electronic components.

  • RoHS and REACH compliant, ensuring adherence to environmental standards
  • IEC-61340-1-5 compliant for ESD safety according to international standards
  • Good resistance to acids, mineral oil, alcohol, alkalis, petrol, soap, and detergents
  • Available in rolls or pre-cut sizes for easy application
  • Light grey standard colour, providing a neutral appearance for workstations
