Combined Filter

The BOFA Replacement Combined HEPA/Gas Filter is designed for use with a variety of BOFA fume extraction units, including the AD Oracle, AD Oracle iQ, and AD Base models.

 

Combining high-performance HEPA filtration with 15kg of treated activated carbon, this filter ensures the removal of both fine particulate matter and harmful gases generated during laser marking and other laser-based processes. 

The filter is housed in a robust zinc-plated steel case, offering easy installation and long-term reliability. With a filtration efficiency of 99.997% at 0.3μm, this filter provides excellent protection for both operators and equipment.


Compatible with:

  • Filter Media:
  1. HEPA filter media: Pleated glass fibre for efficient particle capture
  2. Impregnated activated carbon: Approx. 15kg for gas and fume adsorption
  • Efficiency: 99.997% efficiency for the removal of 0.3μm particles
  • Construction: Zinc-plated steel case sealed with polyurethane for enhanced durability
  • Dimensions: 190mm (H) x 370mm (W) x 390mm (D)
  • Application: Ideal for providing comprehensive filtration, removing both particles and gases to ensure cleaner, safer air in environments with laser fume extraction needs.
