Flux en pâte sans nettoyage pour applications sans plomb. Le gel de flux sans nettoyage PF608 a été formulé spécifiquement pour les alliages Sn/Pb sans plomb et conventionnels à haute température

Le PF608 fournit les niveaux d'activité de flux qui favorisent une action de mouillage rapide et une propagation de mouillage maximale
Résidu - Clair, non conducteur et non collant et sans nettoyage
High Tack - pour minimiser l'inclinaison des composants
Refusion - refusionnable avec une température de pointe jusqu'à 270 °C dans l'air (azote non requis)
Disponible en : Seringue - 10cc (8g), 30cc (24g)

Reflowable: Can be reflowed with peak temperatures up to 270ºC in air, with no nitrogen required.
