It can be cleaned effortlessly with warm water, making it convenient for everyday application. Electroguard A40 is highly durable, with excellent chemical resistance, easy cleanability, and an attractive satin finish.

For floors, an Anti-Slip finish option is available to further enhance safety.

The paint’s electrical properties include a surface resistance of 10(5)-10(8) Ohms/Square and resistance to ground of 10(5)-10(8) Ohms, complying with the IEC 61340-5-1/2 standards. It also conforms to MIL-B-81705C for charge decay.

For best results, two coats are recommended, and the paint should be applied over a clean, sealed surface free of dirt, oil, or loose particles. For optimal application, it is advised not to apply Electroguard A40 on bare surfaces such as concrete, wood, or plasterboard without a water-based primer. Ensure the temperature is above 10°C and the moisture content of the surface is below 15% before application. Curing times will vary based on temperature, humidity, and ventilation.
