This Durable ESD 2-Layer Synthetic Rubber Bench Material is designed to provide superior protection against solder splash and abrasion in ESD-sensitive environments.

 

The material features a static-dissipative top layer and a conductive backing, ensuring effective electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection.

 

The standard mat size is 1200mm x 610mm (4ft x 2ft), with 10mm studs in the diagonal corners for secure attachment to workbenches. The mat’s resistance to ground typically ranges between 106 - 108 Ohms, ensuring safe dissipation of static charges.

 

The colours shown are for illustrative purposes only, and the actual product may slightly vary due to the manufacturing process. The mat is available in two finishes:

  • Light Blue TEXTURED for enhanced grip and durability
  • Dark Blue SMOOTH for a sleek, easy-to-clean surface
