The Green De-Soldering Tool, or solder sucker, is a professional hand-operated tool designed for clean and efficient solder removal.

 

Ideal for joint disassembly and cleaning up solder debris, this tool features a spring-loaded piston that quickly sucks up molten solder. The extraction springs are positioned outside the vacuum chamber, preventing solder from sticking and extending the tool's lifespan. The PTFE nozzle ensures smooth operation, while the aluminium body provides strength and durability. This tool is perfect for those who need a reliable and high-quality solder sucker for precision work.

Safety Warning:

  • Not for use on live circuits: This tool offers no protection from electric shock. Always ensure the circuit is de-energised before use.
  • Eye protection required: Always wear industry-approved eye protection to CE, OSHA, and ANSI standards when using the desoldering gun.

 

How to Use:

  1. Heat the solder to be removed with your soldering iron.
  2. Press the plunger of the solder sucker to prime the pump.
  3. Place the nozzle against the molten solder.
  4. Release the plunger to suck up the solder into the chamber.
  5. Repeat as necessary until the solder is completely removed.
  6. After use, dispose of the solder debris and clean the tool.
