The MMP 15 is a pneumatic component cutter designed for precise end cutting of loose radial components like transistors, LEDs, capacitors, resistors, and more.

It is equipped with pedal activation, making it easy to use, and is capable of cutting up to 3000 components per hour, providing high-speed performance for busy production environments.

The cutting area measures 51x93mm, offering a larger space for processing components compared to smaller cutters. The standard cutting height is 3mm, but can be increased to 4.5mm by using the additional plate (1.5mm high).

An optional multi-height plate allows for further customization, supporting 3mm, 2.5mm, and 2mm / 2.54mm pitch cutting heights on a single plate. This versatility ensures the cutter can handle a wide range of component sizes.

With the capability to cut up to 60 leads at once and accommodate components with diameters ranging from 0.3mm to 1.3mm, the MMP 15 is an efficient and adaptable tool for high-volume cutting.

It features a 6 bar supply pressure with a 100 Nl/min consumption, and it weighs 7.8kg, making it portable yet robust.
