Our 50 Slot ESD PCB Magazine Racks are designed specifically for use in fully automated assembly lines.

 

With a robust construction featuring a rigid steel and aluminium frame, these racks are built for durability and efficiency.

The 80°C ESD model offers exceptional heat resistance, making it ideal for environments with temperatures up to 80°C. Designed for easy width adjustment, the rack features a quick adjust lever and gear track, ensuring seamless modification to accommodate different PCB sizes, with slots for up to 50 PCBs.

The surface resistance of 104 to 106 Ohm and conductive stainless metal base provide excellent ESD protection, keeping your sensitive components safe from electrostatic discharge.

With a slot depth of 3.5mm at a 10mm pitch, the rack is designed to hold PCBs of various sizes, with a maximum PCB size of 330mm x 50 to 250mm.

Supplied flat-packed with full build instructions, this ESD PCB rack is the perfect solution for your assembly line.
