Our Premium Unisex ESD Cardigan (Long Zip, Standing Collar) is designed to offer both warmth and static dissipative protection in Electrostatic Discharge Protected Areas (EPA).

Engineered for use in environments where ESD safety is critical, this cardigan is IEC 61340-5-1 compatible, ensuring compliance with industry standards for static control. Made from a high-quality antistatic pique fabric consisting of 43% polyester, 48% cotton, and 4% conductive fibre, it provides reliable protection against electrostatic discharge while remaining comfortable and breathable.

Available in a wide range of sizes from XS to 5XL, this unisex design ensures a comfortable fit for all body types. With a surface resistance of Rs=106~109 Ohm, it provides effective ESD protection, keeping both you and your equipment safe from harmful static build-up.

Featuring a long zip and a standing collar, this cardigan offers a secure and adjustable fit, ideal for those working in sensitive environments. The ESD cuffs provide extra protection at the wrist, and the ESD symbol on the chest clearly indicates its compliance with static dissipation standards. The cardigan also includes two side pockets for practicality, offering storage for small items while you work.

 

  • In order to preserve the long life of ESD clothing, please use industrial laundries who can provide controlled, documented washing procedures and environment.
  • Washing in cold or not warmer than 40°C (104°F) lukewarm water with neutral liquid detergent.
  • DO NOT USE detergent or fabric softeners containing bleach or chlorine or any other form of alkalis or acids.
  • DO NOT dry clean.
  • Dry in the open or tumble dry at temperatures up to 50°C (122°F)
  • This clothing DOES NOT require ironing, but if necessary the maximum temperature is 110°C (230°F) or lower.
