Suitable for both foam and spray applications, this flux is Bellcore compliant and free from rosin and resin. With a specific gravity of 0.820 at 25°C, it provides consistent performance and reliability.

This no-clean flux offers low residue and a long shelf life, making it an ideal choice for high-quality soldering with minimal post-soldering cleaning requirements.
