The 769LF Zero-Halogen, Lead-Free, Water Soluble Solder Paste is an advanced solution designed for precision soldering in high-temperature applications.

 

This high-performance solder paste offers exceptional print definition, slump resistance, and outstanding response to pause, making it ideal for fine-pitch designs.

Compatible with both air and nitrogen atmospheres, it provides excellent wetting, coalescence, and cleanability, ensuring reliable results in lead-free soldering.

It is fully RoHS compliant and designed specifically for  high melting temperature lead-free alloys, such as SAC305 (Sn96.5/Ag3.5), providing a prolonged shelf life and extended stencil life for efficient production processes.

  • Alloy: SAC305 (Sn96.5/Ag3.5)
  • Zero Halogen (no halogen added)
  • Low Voiding for clean, precise joints
