Description

Qualitek 798LF Water Soluble Lead-Free Solder Paste (SAC305, Type 3) is a high-quality, lead-free solder paste designed for applications requiring easy residue removal.

Formulated with the SAC305 alloy (96.5% Tin, 3.0% Silver, 0.5% Copper), this paste offers excellent soldering performance and is ideal for Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assemblies where flux residue needs to be cleaned.

The paste is water-soluble, and any remaining flux residue can be easily removed using hot deionised water (60°C). With Type 3 particle size, it ensures reliable, precise soldering for fine-pitch applications.
