Description

The Qualitek NC600 No Clean Flux Lead Free SAC305 Solder Wire offers an ideal solution for precision soldering, using a high-quality lead-free alloy comprising 96.5% Tin, 3.0% Silver, and 0.5% Copper.

This solder wire features synthetically refined resin and an effective activator, ensuring excellent wetting and spreading similar to RA-type fluxes with minimal splattering. With a flux core content of 3.3%, the wire provides optimal performance, while the melting range of 217-219°C ensures reliable soldering.

Its no-clean flux leaves a light, opaque residue that requires no post-soldering cleaning, although residue can be easily removed with Everkleen 1005 Saponifer if desired.
