The Qualitek NC601 No Clean Solder Wire (Tin/Lead 60/40) is a high-performance, colophony-free soldering wire designed for precision work.

 

Featuring a highly effective activator, the NC601 ensures excellent wetting and spreading, similar to RA-type flux, while virtually eliminating splattering.

This no-clean wire leaves minimal residue, which can be left as is or removed using hot deionised water or a simple brushing method. With a typical melting point of 183 - 191°C, the NC601 is ideal for a variety of electronic soldering applications requiring clean results without the need for complex residue removal.

  • Colophony-free flux for cleaner results and safer use
  • Flux classification: ORL0, suitable for sensitive electronic components
  • Flux core content of 1.1% for optimal soldering performance
  • Alloy composition: Tin/Lead 60/40
  • Residue removal not required, but can be cleaned with hot deionised water or brushed off
  • Typical melting point: 183 - 191°C
  • Wets and spreads like RA-type flux for smooth soldering
  • Virtually no splattering for a clean, controlled application
  • Supplied on 500g reels for convenience
