Standard - Flat Brush 30mm ESD – Precision Cleaning for Static-Sensitive Assemblies

The Standard - Flat Brush 30mm ESD is designed for ESD-sensitive environments, ensuring the safe and effective cleaning of electronic components, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and other delicate assemblies without generating harmful static charges. This brush is ideal for detailed cleaning in static-controlled areas, where ESD protection is crucial.

Made from nylon bristles and a polypropylene handle, the brush is durable and easy to handle during extended use. Its surface resistance of 1.104Ω < x < 1.109Ω ensures it meets necessary static control requirements. With a temperature range from 5°C to 105°C, the brush is versatile enough for use in various settings, though intermittent use is recommended at the temperature extremes.

The Standard - Flat Brush 30mm ESD complies with industry standards, including ANSI/ESD S20.20*1999 and EN 61340-5-1, for electrostatic discharge protection and is the ideal choice for maintaining cleanliness in environments where static-sensitive assemblies are handled.

  • ESD-safe brush for cleaning ESD-sensitive assemblies without generating harmful static charges
  • Handle Length: 140mm, designed for comfort and ease of use
  • Bristle Dimensions: 30mm width x 20mm length for detailed cleaning of smaller components
  • Surface Resistance: 1.104Ω < x < 1.109Ω, ensuring safe use in ESD-controlled environments
  • Temperature Range: 5°C to 105°C, with intermittent use recommended at temperature extremes
  • Compliant with ANSI/ESD S20.20*1999 and EN 61340-5-1 standards for ESD protection
