Standard - Flat Brush 50mm ESD – Safe and Effective Cleaning for Static-Sensitive Assemblies

The Standard - Flat Brush 50mm ESD is designed to provide safe cleaning of ESD-sensitive assemblies without generating harmful static charges. It is ideal for cleaning printed circuit boards (PCBs), electronic components, and other delicate equipment in ESD-controlled environments. This brush ensures thorough cleaning while maintaining static protection, making it an essential tool for electronics and telecommunications industries.

Made with durable nylon bristles and a polypropylene handle, the brush offers both strength and comfort during use. With a surface resistance of 1.104Ω < x < 1.109Ω, it ensures effective static control, and its temperature range of 5°C to 105°C allows it to be used in various environments (with intermittent use recommended at extreme temperatures).

The brush complies with ANSI/ESD S20.20*1999 and EN 61340-5-1 standards, ensuring it meets the necessary requirements for electrostatic discharge protection.

  • ESD-safe brush for cleaning ESD-sensitive assemblies without generating harmful static charges
  • Handle Length: 133mm, offering comfortable and easy handling for extended use
  • Bristle Dimensions: 50mm width x 15mm length, perfect for cleaning medium to large surfaces
  • Surface Resistance: 1.104Ω < x < 1.109Ω, providing safe operation in ESD-controlled environments
  • Temperature Range: 5°C to 105°C, with intermittent use recommended at temperature extremes
  • Compliant with ANSI/ESD S20.20*1999 and EN 61340-5-1 standards for ESD protection
