Standard - Flat Brush 70mm ESD – Precision Cleaning for Static-Sensitive Assemblies

The Standard - Flat Brush 70mm ESD is designed for ESD-sensitive environments, offering an efficient and safe cleaning solution for electronic components, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and other static-sensitive assemblies. Made with nylon bristles and a polypropylene handle, this brush ensures safe cleaning without generating harmful static charges, making it ideal for use in ESD-controlled areas.

The brush features a wide 70mm bristle width and 20mm bristle length, providing optimal coverage for cleaning larger surface areas while ensuring thorough dust and debris removal. The polypropylene handle offers a comfortable grip for extended use, and the brush's surface resistance of 1.104Ω < x < 1.109Ω ensures it meets the necessary standards for static discharge protection.

With a temperature range of 5°C to 105°C, this brush can be used in a variety of environments, though intermittent use is recommended at the extremities of the temperature range. It complies with ANSI/ESD S20.20*1999 and EN 61340-5-1 standards for static control.
