The durable floor mat is designed to protect operatives from static build-up while providing an anti-fatigue standing surface for improved comfort.

 

Ideal for industrial and machinery settings, this mat helps ground static through a 10mm male stud fitted to the mat, with maximum performance achieved when used with a grounding wire.

The mat has a resistance range of 1 x 10⁹ to 1 x 10¹⁰ Ohms and is made from virgin closed-cell PVC foam (homogenous) for superior durability. The pebble surface finish ensures a non-slip grip, while the mat’s 9mm height provides optimal comfort and support.

 

This mat is highly resistant to a variety of chemicals, including alkalis, industrial chemicals, oils, and weak acids.

However, it is not suitable for exposure to organic solvents, ketones, or aromatic hydrocarbons. The mat performs best in dry indoor environments and operates within a temperature range of 0°C to +60°C.

It conforms to FMVSS 302 for flame retardancy, ensuring it won't burn once the ignition source is removed.

The mat is easy to install as a loose lay system, and cleaning can be done with a brush or mop.
