The Weller WHP 3000 Preheating Plate 600W is a powerful, reliable tool designed to enhance the repair process of circuit boards.

It helps prevent thermal damage by preheating the boards before soldering, reducing the heat stress on sensitive components and allowing for faster repairs. With its 600W power output, it ensures efficient heat distribution, making it ideal for high-quality soldering in electronics and repair environments.

This preheating plate features a heating surface of 120 x 190 mm, offering enough space for a wide range of circuit boards. The system includes 3 infrared high-temperature ceramic elements for rapid heat-up and uniform heat distribution. The two selectable heated zones allow you to control the preheating process more precisely, depending on your specific requirements. It also comes equipped with a digital display to set and monitor the temperature, as well as electronic temperature control for consistent performance.

For seamless integration with other Weller systems, the WHP 3000 can be controlled by a WX power unit and includes an RS 232 interface for connecting to Weller hot air stations like the WHA 3000. The plate is designed to be ESD safe, ensuring no risk to sensitive components during the repair process. Additionally, it features 2 Easy Fix board holders to secure the board in place, preventing movement during the operation.
