The Ultimate Rework Experience. With up to 900 watts of precisely controlled hot air, the WXHotAir is the ideal solution for demanding rework applications. Its integrated vacuum handling and thermocouple monitoring, as well as optional Windows software, ensure transparent processes from profile creation to documentation. Its flexible use as a standalone unit or within the WXsmart platform guarantees stable, safe, and repeatable processes.

 

Two vacuum pick-up options:

1. The integrated vacuum in the handpiece enables components to be picked up directly during the reflow process, with no additional accessories required.

2. An external vacuum is integrated into the station for picking up components using either the WVP vacuum pipette or the WRK reflow set.

 

Integration into the WXsmart platform for centralized control, traceability, and modular expansion. Flexible use in standalone operation or as part of the WXsmart platform. Space-saving, stackable workstation design for structured and scalable work environments
