The Standard - Flat Brush 18mm ESD is specifically designed to provide safe and efficient cleaning of ESD-sensitive assemblies without generating harmful static charges.

 

This essential tool is perfect for professionals handling delicate electronic components, ensuring that no electrostatic discharge (ESD) occurs during cleaning.

With a durable polypropylene handle and nylon bristles, the brush ensures excellent performance and longevity. The surface resistance of 1.104Ω to 1.109Ω guarantees superior ESD control to prevent damage to sensitive devices. Operating within a temperature range of 5 to 105°C, the brush is versatile enough for various environments, with intermittent use advised at the temperature extremes. Conforming to ANSI/ESD S20.20 (1999) and EN 61340-5-1 standards, this brush ensures compliance with essential ESD safety guidelines.
