Ideal for production environments, this tool ensures clean, accurate cutting and is perfect for creating smooth detabbed PCB edges, essential in high-quality manufacturing.

 

Please note, this Depanelizer comes with ONE single cut 1.6mm (601-410) blade.

Custom size blades are available, please ask for details.

  • Precise Single or Double Cutting Blade Options: The Depanelizer is equipped with a single cut 1.6mm (601-410) blade and is compatible with either a Single 'L' or Double 'T' hardened steel blade for versatility in different cutting applications.
  • Custom Blade Sizes Available: Custom-sized blades can be ordered to suit your specific needs for unique board sizes or cutting requirements.
  • Easy Clamping Mechanism: The clamping arm allows for easy positioning of the PCB close to the bench edge, ensuring stable and precise cutting during operation.
  • Foot Switch Operation: The tool is foot switch-operated, freeing up both hands to securely hold the PCB level and parallel to the cutting blade, ensuring clean cuts and minimal damage to the PCB edges.
  • Compact & Durable Design: The tool's compact size (155mm L x 80mm W x 200mm H) and sturdy construction (weighing 2.5kg) make it ideal for bench-mounted use without compromising on performance or stability.
  • Max Cutting Force (190kg): Capable of applying up to 190kg of cutting force, making it ideal for a range of PCB thicknesses and configurations.
