The PCB Conductive Rack is a robust and space-saving solution for storing and handling printed circuit boards (PCBs) in ESD-controlled environments.

 

Made from conductive polypropylene, these moulded racks offer an effective way to store PCBs safely in assembly areas while ensuring electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection.

The racks are stackable, providing a space-efficient method for PCB storage, and can be used in conjunction with conductive picking bins, Euro-Fix containers, and transport stacking solutions.

With a maximum board thickness of 3.2mm and dimensions of 270x200x95mm, these racks ensure secure storage while maintaining a conductive path to ground.

The electrical resistance of Rv: 103 to 105 Ω ensures effective ESD protection, and the recommended maximum operating temperature is 750°C. Compliant with RoHS and REACH standards, these ESD-safe racks are ideal for the transportation and storage of PCBs in static-sensitive product areas.
