The DPF300 Depanelizer is a high-performance manual depaneling system designed to efficiently handle small PCBs, particularly for FR4-type materials.

 

It is versatile enough to also work on aluminium substrate PCBs, making it an excellent choice for a range of materials in PCB assembly and production.

 

PCB Specifications:

  • Max PCB Thickness: 4.0mm
  • Slot Length (L): Min 11mm
  • Slot Width (V): For a standard guide, 1.0 – 3.0mm (tolerance 0 / - 0.02 mm)
  • Isthmus Distance from Components (C): Min 1mm
  • Supported PCB Materials: FR4, CEM, Aluminium (requires special milling cutters for aluminium)
