The ESD PCB Trolley is the ideal solution for storing and transporting large quantities of printed circuit boards (PCBs) in ESD-protected environments.

This trolley features a rigid stainless steel frame and is equipped with 4 x 4” castors, including 2 locking wheels for secure positioning.

The quick adjust levers allow for easy width adjustment, making it versatile for various PCB sizes. The trolley’s conductive chain and PP conductive board ensure electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection, safeguarding sensitive components from static damage. With a loading weight per layer of 1kg, this trolley can accommodate up to 150 PCBs (50 x 3), with a slot depth of 3mm and a 10mm pitch.

It is designed with heat resistance up to 200°C, making it suitable for use in environments that require both thermal stability and ESD protection.

The surface resistance of 104 to 109 Ohm ensures optimal performance in sensitive workspaces.
