These high-temperature masking dots are designed specifically for conformal coating applications, providing excellent protection for electronic components and circuit boards.

Ideal for shielding sensitive areas from environmental elements such as moisture, dust, chemicals, and temperature fluctuations, these dots help enhance the durability and reliability of electronic assemblies.

Made from high-temperature resistant paper with a rubber adhesive, they offer strong adhesion and excellent holding power at elevated temperatures.

All sizes have 2,000 units per reel, with the exception of the 11mm and 21mm variants, which have 1,000 units per reel.

Specifically designed for conformal coating applications
Protects components from moisture, dust, chemicals, and temperature changes
Base film made from high-temperature resistant paper
Yellow colour for easy visibility
Rubber adhesive ensures strong adhesion and clean removal
Total thickness of 180 +/- 5 microns
Peel strength greater than 0.28 kN/m for secure attachment
Initial tack >10# (ball test) for quick application
Holding power of over 15 hours
Can withstand temperatures up to 160°C for 30 minutes
Package: Supplied on a 50m roll with a plain paper core (3” diameter)
