The MDS-510 PCB Depanelizer is a cost-effective, manual depaneling tool designed for separating pre-scored PCBs, up to 320mm in length. This compact and efficient unit is ideal for use in workbench settings, making it suitable for both large and small PCB production needs.

Features

Manual Operation: The MDS-510 uses a hand-operated cutter for easy and precise separation, designed to handle scored PCBs of various sizes.
Burr-Free, Stress-Free Cutting: The circular blade cuts against a linear blade, ensuring smooth, burr-free cuts without putting stress on the PCB.
Adjustable Cutting Distance: The distance between the upper round cutter and the lower straight cutter is easily adjustable, allowing for precise adjustments based on PCB thickness.
Flexible Support Bench: The back bench can be adjusted upwards or downwards to support the PCB, and it can also be tilted to allow the PCB to fall away from the blade after separation.
Quick Lock Blade System: For quick setup and easy PCB thickness adjustment, the blade system locks in place firmly.
Durable, Hardened Steel Blade: The hardened tooled steel blade ensures long-lasting use and precision during each depaneling operation.
