The Qualitek NC601 No Clean Colophony Free Flux Lead Free SAC305 Solder Wire offers a high-performance, lead-free soldering solution, perfect for precision electronics manufacturing.

Formulated with a Tin 96.5%, Silver 3.0%, and Copper 0.5% alloy composition, this SAC305 solder wire provides excellent solder joints with a melting range of 217-219°C. The synthetic flux, with a 2.2% flux core content, ensures smooth wetting and spreading like RA-type fluxes while exhibiting virtually no splattering.

As a no-clean flux, it leaves minimal to no residue after soldering, making it ideal for high-speed, efficient assembly without the need for post-soldering cleaning.

If necessary, any remaining residue can be easily removed with hot DI water or by brushing.

Lead-Free Composition: 96.5% Tin, 3.0% Silver, and 0.5% Copper for reliable soldering.
Melting Range: 217-219°C (LF965-30) for consistent performance.
Flux Core Content: 2.2% ensuring effective flux distribution.
No Clean, Colophony-Free Flux: Leaves virtually no residue after soldering.
Synthetic Flux: Provides excellent wetting and spreading properties.
Minimal Splattering: Ensures a cleaner and smoother soldering process.
Residue Removal: Residue removal not required, but can be cleaned with hot DI water or brushing.
500g Reel Size: Suitable for large-volume soldering applications.
