By preheating the board, this device helps to reduce the risk of thermal damage to sensitive components and optimises the overall soldering process. It also reduces the heat demand on the soldering tool, helping to speed up repairs and improve the quality of the final result.

This 200 W preheating plate features an infrared high-temperature ceramic element for rapid and efficient heat-up, ensuring consistent and controlled heating across the 120 x 60 mm heating surface. The digital display provides easy reading and setting of the desired temperature, while the electronic temperature control allows for precise adjustments. With a temperature range of 50°C to 400°C (150°F – 750°F), the WHP 200 is versatile enough to handle various soldering applications, particularly in electronics and PCB repair.

The unit includes 2 Easy Fix board holders, securely holding the circuit board in place during operation to prevent movement.
