Delivery Information for the UK only

 

We will ship orders received by us as soon as possible, subject to availability.

 

Delivery or FREE local pickup can be selected during checkout.

 

For the majority of our products, carriage charges are calculated at a flat rate charge. Certain products are marked as having special carriage requirements due to size, weight or contents. This is highlighted on the product information and basket pages.

 

The described delivery time estimates for each shipping option is the time for delivery having been dispatched from Grove Sales Ltd. This excludes our internal processing, picking and packaging time.

 

Our selected couriers tracking information will be provided to you when your items have been dispatched.  

 

FREE UK DELIVERY

 

Our FREE Delivery promotion is subject to change or removal without notification. It is only available for ONLINE orders within the UK and subject to a minimum order value of £100.00 ex VAT. STANDARD DELIVERY only.

 

STANDARD DELIVERY


Delivery of UK orders is usually within 2 - 5 days from receipt of the order. We reserve the right to ship products at a later date (up to 28 days after purchase) where the product ordered is not in stock at the time of purchase. In this situation you will be contacted and offered a full refund instead of delivery of the product. For destinations outside of the UK, delivery times may be extended depending on the order destination.

 

LOCAL PICKUP


We are happy for you to collect from our Head Office if you wish. Please contact us first to check on stock availability and our opening hours.

 

HEAVY PALLETT SHIPMENTS


Palleted products will have additional shipping costs due to the weight or product size. You will be contacted by us when this charge has been calculated.  PLEASE NOTE: When handling these products  a forklift is recommended.

 

We reserve the right to delay dispatch for several reasons, including performing any necessary credit or anti-fraud checks, or procedures to ensure that payment has been received in cleared funds in full. Where dispatch is delayed for such reasons, Grove Sales Ltd will make reasonable efforts to inform you.

 

Shortages or damage sustained during transit must be notified to both the carriers and ourselves within three days of receipt of goods. In the event of a non-delivery, we must be notified immediately after the invoice is received, otherwise no liability can be accepted.

 

We cannot be held responsible for disruption to shipping caused by industrial disputes or action outside our direct control. If such disruption occurs you will be offered delivery via an alternative delivery or fulfilment company or a full refund.
