The main feature of DPF-300 is the INTERCHANGEABLE GUIDE designed by Piergiacomi.

This interchangeable guide assists operators in securely positioning and pulling the circuit during the depaneling process. The guide’s unique shape prevents damage to the assembled PCB, even if inserted incorrectly, ensuring safety and minimizing the risk of errors.

Constructed from hardened and tempered steel, the guide plate is built for durability and long-lasting use. It is compatible with milling bits for hard metal, specifically suited for FR4, CE, and M materials, with diameters ranging from 1.0 - 3.0mm.

An option for milling bits for aluminium is also available. As a matched pair, the guide plate and milling bits ensure optimal performance and precision.
