New ERP Software

As some of you may have noticed due to our new delivery notes amongst other things we have recently moved to a new Cloud ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Software provider. Grove are really excited to be teaming up with OGL and will now be using their new Profit 4 software system.

We made the move in February and had to stop shipping orders for around a week whilst the changeover happened. Now we are fully integrated and back up to full speed. Thank you to all our customers for their patience during the change over, but then we had a week long backlog to catch up on!

The benefits of the new system are that we can now be much more interactive. It will be easier for us to provide pricing and availability over the phone or on the website with the live chat. 

We can now also set up customer part numbers on our system for you so you can have these on your delivery notes and invoices. Please get in contact if you would like us to set this up for you.

We are also in the process of linking our live stock levels to the website so you will be able to see and secure the stock we have here directly online.
